The Kannad Marine SafeLink AIS SART 2 is an AIS Search & Rescue Transmitter intended for use in lifeboats, liferafts and other survival craft. It combines a GNSS receiver with an AIS transmitter to provide the survivor’s position and identification to nearby vessels and search-and-rescue units equipped with AIS.
