NINGLU, BP60-200DLZ STEEL TANK

$700.00Earn 700 points!

The Ninglu BP60-200DLZ is a marine-grade Steel Transducer Tank designed for hull installation. It is specifically used to house the transducers for Ninglu Navigational Echo Sounders (such as the DS2008 or DS207) and Speed Logs.

The tank is welded directly to the ship’s hull, providing a dry, protected environment for the transducer while ensuring it remains in direct acoustic contact with the water through a “window” or the hull plating.

The “BP60” series is a standard range of installation accessories for Ninglu’s “up-mast” and “down-mast” electronics. The 200DLZ variant is optimized for dual-frequency or dual-channel setups (e.g., 50kHz and 200kHz).

  • Purpose: Protects the sensitive transducer face from mechanical damage and provides a streamlined profile to reduce noise interference from water turbulence (aeration).

  • Construction: Made of high-tensile marine steel, typically pre-coated with a shop primer to prevent corrosion before final hull painting.

  • Sealing: Includes a heavy-duty flange and a top cover plate with a waterproof cable gland (liquid-tight) to ensure the vessel’s watertight integrity.
