The Intermarine Navigator G2 is a next-generation, IMO-approved Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS). Produced by Intermarine Electronics S.A., it is designed to replace traditional paper charts in compliance with SOLAS regulations.

Unlike previous modular versions, the G2 is primarily an integrated panel PC solution, combining high-end processing power with a multi-touch interface to simplify bridge operations.

The G2 stands out for its “Smart User-Friendly” philosophy, focusing on reducing the navigator’s workload through an intuitive, touch-driven interface.

• Safety Features: Includes “One-Key Recovery” for instant system restoration, anti-grounding alarms, and automatic sensor detection (AIS, ARPA, GPS).

• Software: Powered by the NAVTOR SDK, it supports automatic ENC (Electronic Navigational Chart) updates via the SEALL Passage Planner.
