The Garmin GT36-TM and GT15M-IH Transducer Bundle is a professional-grade sonar package designed specifically for fiberglass boats with deadrise angles between 0° and 25°. This dual-transducer setup is an ideal solution for offshore and coastal anglers who need high-speed depth tracking combined with ultra-high-definition scanning.
By splitting sonar duties between an in-hull and a transom-mount unit, this bundle ensures you maintain accurate bottom readings while running at high speeds (via the GT15M-IH) while providing photographic-quality scanning imagery when you reach your fishing grounds (via the GT36-TM).
GT36-TM (Transom Mount): Features Ultra High-Definition ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonars. It utilizes 455 kHz for extended range and 800/1,000 kHz for extreme detail, allowing you to clearly see structure and fish to the sides and below the boat.
GT15M-IH (In-Hull Mount): A Mid-band CHIRP traditional sonar transducer (85-165 kHz) that mounts inside a solid fiberglass hull. Because it is protected inside the boat, it avoids cavitation issues and provides consistent depth lock at speeds over 20 knots.
Y-Cable: Includes a specialized adapter that combines the 12-pin and 8-pin transducer signals into a single 12-pin connection for your Garmin sounder.
