The Garmin GMR™ 2534 xHD3 (K10-00012-28) is a high-output open-array marine radar system that combines a 25 kW magnetron pedestal with a 4-foot open-array antenna. Delivering maximum detection range up to 96 nautical miles and a minimum range down to 20 meters, it features a 1.8-degree horizontal beamwidth and dual rotation speeds of 24 and 48 RPM for rapid screen refresh rates. Advanced digital signal processing capabilities include scan-averaging technology to reduce sea clutter, angular target-size processing to improve object shapes, True Echo Trails for tracking target movement, and Dual Range mode for simultaneous short- and long-range monitoring on a split screen. The radar supports Auto Bird Gain, MARPA target tracking for up to 30 targets, radar chart overlay, and Dynamic Auto Gain and Sea Filtering. Housed in a commercial-grade enclosure with a 100-knot wind rating, it operates on 10 to 32 VDC power systems, connects via the Garmin Marine Network (or Garmin BlueNet™), carries an IPX6 water resistance rating, and is supplied with 15-meter power and network interconnect cabling.
