The Furuno FCV-295 is a professional 10.4-inch Color LCD Digital Sounder designed for commercial fishing vessels, workboats, and recreational fishing boats. It combines Furuno Digital Filter (FDF) technology with a Free Synthesizer (FFS) transceiver to provide exceptionally clear fish target detection, accurate bottom tracking, and detailed seabed presentation. The adjustable operating frequency allows users to select any two frequencies between 28 kHz and 200 kHz, optimizing sonar performance for different fishing conditions and reducing interference from nearby vessels.
The 10.4-inch bonded color TFT LCD delivers excellent visibility in bright sunlight and displays echoes in 8, 16, or 64 colors, enabling operators to distinguish fish schools, seabed composition, and underwater structures with greater clarity. Advanced functions such as Bottom Lock, Bottom Zoom, Marker Zoom, White Edge, A-Scope, and Post-processing Gain Control provide detailed analysis of the seabed and fish targets. The White Edge feature highlights the bottom contour, while the Digital Filter minimizes noise for superior target separation.
The FCV-295 supports 1 kW, 2 kW, and 3 kW transducers, offering reliable depth sounding from shallow coastal waters to deep-sea fishing operations.
