The em-trak B300 is a high-performance Class B AIS (Automatic Identification System) transceiver designed for leisure craft, yachts, fishing vessels, workboats, and smaller commercial vessels.
It automatically transmits vessel identification and dynamic navigation information, including position, speed over ground (SOG), and course over ground (COG), while receiving AIS information from other equipped vessels. The B300 uses CSTDMA technology and provides AIS data connectivity to compatible chartplotters, navigation systems, and PCs.
The unit features an internal GPS antenna, with support for an optional external GPS antenna where required. It also supports NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, and USB interfaces and can be configured using em-trak proAIS2 software.
