The Anschütz Standard 30 MF is a maintenance-free marine gyro compass based on Hemispherical Resonator Gyro (HRG) vibrating gyro technology. It is designed for demanding commercial and naval marine applications requiring accurate and reliable heading information.
The system combines multiple functions in one compact unit, providing heading, rate of turn (ROT), roll, and pitch information. Its solid-state HRG technology has no conventional moving mechanical parts subject to wear, helping provide long-term stability and low maintenance requirements. The Standard 30 MF can operate as a standalone gyro compass or as part of an advanced heading management and redundant compass system.
