The Icom IC-M804 is a long-range Class E DSC MF/HF Single Sideband (SSB) radiotelephone system manufactured by Icom Inc. in Japan. Designed for commercial workboats, offshore fishing vessels, and long-range ocean cruisers, the IC-M804 delivers 125 Watts of transmission power and provides reliable voice and digital selective calling (DSC) communications over extreme distances.
The system features a remote-head color TFT LCD display with wide viewing angles, continuous night-mode dimming, and an intuitive user interface. Equipped with an integrated GNSS receiver and antenna, the IC-M804 constantly tracks position data for automated DSC distress alerting.
