Mid-Band CHIRP (80-160 kHz): This frequency range strikes a balance between depth penetration and target separation. It is optimized for detecting fish arches and maintaining a clear bottom signal in deeper water than high-band transducers.
High-Definition Scanning: The ClearVü and SideVü elements (260/455 kHz) provide nearly photographic imagery. ClearVü focuses on what is directly beneath the vessel, while SideVü offers a wide-angle perspective of the surrounding area, helping to identify reefs, wrecks, or schools of baitfish off to the sides.
