Furuno, FA-30 AIS Receiver

The Furuno FA-30 is a compact, dual-channel AIS (Automatic Identification System) receiver designed to monitor vessel traffic by receiving AIS signals from nearby ships and coastal stations. It is a receive-only device, meaning it does not transmit your vessel’s information.

The FA-30 continuously:

Receives AIS data from surrounding vessels
Processes and outputs this information
Sends data to connected navigation systems
