Raymarine SS175L (A80504) is a 1kW single-channel Low-band CHIRP stainless steel thru-hull transducer featuring a fixed internal 20° tilted ceramic element. Precision-machined from marine-grade stainless steel, it is specifically designed for installation on metal hulls (steel or aluminum) as well as fiberglass and wooden vessels. The 20° internal tilt compensates for steep hull deadrise angles (16° to 24°) to project the acoustic beam vertically downward without requiring an external fairing block. Its flush, low-profile housing sits flat against the hull to eliminate drag and aeration at speed. Operating across Low CHIRP frequencies (40 kHz to 60 kHz) with a wide 32° to 21° beam width, the SS175L delivers deep-water bottom tracking down to 2,500 ft.
