The Garmin GPSMAP® 276Cx (Part Number 010-01607-01) is a versatile, large-format all-terrain GPS navigator engineered for dual-sport motorcycling, off-road 4×4 vehicles, marine vessels, and heavy-duty outdoor exploration. Featuring a large 5-inch sunlight-readable color display with key-pad controls, it provides exceptional map visibility and easy operation even while wearing gloves or navigating rough trails. The device combines GPS and GLONASS satellite reception with an internal MCX antenna port for optional external antenna connection, ensuring reliable positioning in dense cover and deep valleys.
Housed in a rugged, IPX7 waterproof chassis, the unit includes advanced navigation sensors such as a barometric altimeter and a 3-axis electronic compass. The GPSMAP 276Cx comes preloaded with a worldwide basemap and a 1-year BirdsEye Satellite Imagery subscription, with extensive expanded mapping support via its microSD™ slot for TopoActive, City Navigator®, and BlueChart® g3 marine charts. Flexible power options allow operation via a custom rechargeable Li-ion battery pack (up to 16 hours) or standard AA batteries (up to 8 hours). Equipped with Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi®, and ANT+® connectivity, it supports smart notifications, TTS voice prompts via powered mounts, and wireless syncing with the Garmin Explore™ app.
