The ONWA KMD-402 is a digital NMEA 0183 multiplexer and combiner. It is designed to solve the common problem of having too many data sources (GPS, AIS, Heading, Wind) and not enough input ports on your chartplotter or PC. By combining multiple data streams into a single high-speed output, it streamlines your vessel’s cabling and ensures all navigation software receives a complete data set.

The KMD-402 acts as a “data funnel.” It takes up to four independent NMEA 0183 inputs and merges them into two simultaneous outputs.
