The ONWA KTD-TH520 is a classic Thru-Hull Plastic Transducer designed for general-purpose fishfinding and depth sounding. While many entry-level transducers are transom-mounted (like the KTD-TM520, the TH version is engineered to be installed directly through a hole in the vessel’s hull, providing a much cleaner data signal by avoiding the surface turbulence common at the back of the boat.

The KTD-TH520 is a 600W Dual-Frequency transducer that is ideal for fiberglass (GRP) or metal hulls. It features a streamlined, low-profile design to minimize drag and includes a built-in temperature sensor to monitor surface water conditions.

It uses a standard 6-pin connector, making it “plug-and-play” with the majority of ONWA’s combination chartplotters and standalone fishfinders, such as the KP-39F or KCombo-7.
