ECDIS NAVIGATOR G2 products are powered by the well-proved G2 chart handling software, trusted by thousands of navigation officer’s worldwide. The new Navigator G2 ECDIS is being upgraded with the new IMO standardization among other things, and is wheel-mark approved, adhering to the most recent rules and regulations.
The NAVIGATOR G2 ECDIS is compatible with all major Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs) and supports overlay functionalities, including Admiralty Information Overlay (AIO), NAVTEX, radar, AIS target data, weather information, and ARCS. Chart updates are streamlined through a one-click process, when paired with the NAVBOX, and other IEC6122-450 devices then updates areperformed automatically, keeping the chart database, permits, AIO data, and digital publications current without crew intervention.
