The Raymarine Magnum 4-Foot Open Array (Antenna ONLY) is the replacement or custom-configuration antenna component designed specifically for the Magnum radar series. This “Array Only” part is engineered to be mounted onto either the 4kW (E70484) or 12kW (E70487) Magnum radar pedestal drive units.
Target Resolution: Delivers a 1.85° nominal horizontal beamwidth. When paired with the pedestal’s internal processing, Raymarine’s beam-sharpening technology narrows the effective bearing resolution to less than 1° for crisp, map-like coastal tracking.
Vertical Beamwidth: Features a 25° vertical beamwidth to ensure the radar beam maintains consistent contact with targets even while the vessel is pitching or rolling in rough seas.
Superior Bird Mode: Optimized to help the pedestal pinpoint flocks of sea birds up to 10 nautical miles away, allowing offshore anglers to track schooling baitfish.
True Trails & MARPA: Fully supports historical target wake mapping (True Trails) and automatic MARPA tracking when paired with an active heading sensor and compatible MFD.
