Garmin LiveScope™ Thru-hull System (utilizing the LVS32-TH transducer) is designed for permanent installation on larger vessels or those with inboard engines. Unlike trolling motor or transom mounts, the thru-hull configuration ensures the transducer remains in “clean” (non-turbulent) water beneath the hull, providing consistent performance at various speeds.
Real-Time Imagery: View fish swimming and reacting to your lure in high definition. It provides a live video feed rather than a static history scroll.
Standard Range: Maintains clear visibility up to 200 feet (61 meters) in both Forward and Down modes.
Two Primary Viewing Modes:
LiveScope™ Forward: Scans ahead of the vessel to scout for structure and fish.
LiveScope™ Down: Provides a live view of activity directly beneath the hull.
(Note: Perspective mode is typically limited in thru-hull installations as the transducer is fixed and cannot be easily rotated like a trolling motor mount).
AHRS Stabilization: An internal Attitude Heading Reference System keeps the sonar image stable on your screen even in choppy seas.
Vivid Color Palettes: Features 7 high-contrast color options to help distinguish fish and structure from the bottom.

Hull Material: Compatible with fiberglass, metal, or wood. (An isolation plate is included for aluminum or steel hulls to prevent galvanic corrosion).
Deadrise Angle: The included fairing block supports a maximum deadrise angle of 25°.
Hardware: Requires at least one anti-rotation bolt (included) to prevent the transducer from shifting while the vessel is underway.
