Furuno, FA-150 Class A AIS

The Furuno FA-170 AIS Class A Transponder is a SOLAS/IMO-approved Class A AIS transponder designed for commercial vessels. It is used to track, identify, and exchange navigation information between ships and coastal stations, improving collision avoidance and maritime safety.
