The SAILOR 406110-912 is a Micro NMEA 2000 (N2K) T-Connector designed to expand marine electronics networks, allowing for the easy, plug-and-play addition of devices like sensors, GPS, and displays to a backbone cable. It is specifically used for the SAILOR 6000 series (6110/6120/6130/6140/6150) mini-C systems.
The connector uses two different standardized NMEA 2000 interfaces to manage the system backbone and device drops:
Mini-style Interface: 7/8″-16UNF 5-pin connectors used for the “Backbone” or antenna device cable.
Micro-style Interface: M12 5-pin connector (DeviceNet) used for the “Drop” connection to the Terminal Control Unit (TCU) or Message Terminal.
Electrical Rating: * Mini-style: Supports up to 8A rated current and 300V AC/DC.
Micro-style: Supports up to 4A rated current and 60V AC/DC.
Contact Resistance: $\le 5\text{ m}\Omega$.
Insulation Resistance: $\ge 100\text{ M}\Omega$
